Teas have varying weights. If you are unhappy with the (unopened/unused) teas you ordered or have an order discrepancy, please report any problems within 10 calendar days of receipt of your order. We do not refund for opened cans of tea or accessories. The customer pays for the return of unopened cans of tea and/or broken items (e.g. teapots, infusers, mugs, etc.).

Or email us at: info@theteaexperienceny.com We will contact you with instructions on how to return. Please keep original packaging. Note that the customer pays the return postage fee.
