We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) to ship your order. At this time, we only accept orders within the United States and only ship to contiguous United States. The shipping costs varies depending on the products and it will be shown before you submit the order.

Teas have varying weights. If you are unhappy with the (unopened/unused) teas you ordered or have an order discrepancy, please report any problems within 10 calendar days of receipt of your order. We do not refund for opened cans of tea or accessories. The customer pays for the return of unopened cans of tea and/or broken items (e.g. teapots, infusers, mugs, etc.).
Login to your account and select the order you are returning. Click “REFUND” and select the items you wish to return. Or email us at: email@example.com We will contact you with instructions on how to return. Please keep original packaging. Note that the customer pays the return postage fee.

The holiday season is quickly approaching. I thought it would be a good time to share The Tea Experience NY Holiday Schedule and “Last Day” to ship. Keep this valuable information handy for quick reference.
HOLIDAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 6TH
The “last day” to ship will help ensure timely deliveries during the peak shipping season.
Take inventory and check your gift list in advance. Don’t get caught without your favorite tea blends or empty-handed at the next holiday gathering.
