We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail to ship your order. The shipping costs varies depending on the products and it will be shown before you submit the order.
Teas have varying weights. If you are unhappy with the (unopened/unused) teas you ordered or have an order discrepancy, please report any problems within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Login to your account and select the order you are returning. Click “Return Order” and select the items you wish to return. Or email us at: Info@theteaexperienceny.com We will contact you with instructions on how to return. Please keep original packaging.
