• 1 lime
  • 3 Tbsp of sugar in the raw
  • 2 Tbsp of hibiscus colada’s
  • 1 1/2 cup of crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup of boiling water
  • 1/4 cup of white rum of ur choice preferably Leblon Brazilian rum (cachaça)


  • In a cup, let the tea stip and let cool
  • In a cocktail shaker, add 2/3 of the lime cut in small segments, sugar and mortar till the sugar is half way melted
  • Then add your rum, ice, and tea, shake to your desired coldness
  • Pour in a glass and garnish with the rest of the lime and a couple of piece of the dehydration fruits from the tea and enjoy
