Ingredients
1.0 oz Tea Experience Hibiscus Tea
3 cups Grapeseed or Canola Oil
4 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tsp Stevia, Agave, or sugar
To Taste Salt and Pepper
1 clove Minced/grated garlic
1 small Minced/grated Shallot
Directions
Bring 3 cups of water to a simmer, and steep hibiscus tea for 3-5 minutes. In a small sauce pot on medium heat, reduce the tea by half for flavor concentration. Transfer to a large bowl to cool at room temperature. When tea has cool down, whisk in all ingredients except the oil. Now whisk in the oil slowly yet vigorously to create an emulation. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
