The Tea Experience NY Gives Back to Those in Need
Food banks across the country are addressing an increased need for food assistance because of the COVID-19 pandemic. To provide everyone with an opportunity to help donate meals to their neighbors in need, The Tea Experience NY would like to do our part in donating 10% of sales to Feeding Westchester, a member of Feeding America, during the American Express Small Business the first weekend from November 27th – 29th.
“We are honored to partner with Feeding Westchester to help nourish those in need during these unprecedented times,” said Leslie Allicks, owner of The Tea Experience NY. “The American Express Small Business Saturday weekend is the perfect opportunity to replenish our local food bank while supporting small businesses at a time when many are struggling.”
Small Business Saturday started as a campaign launched by American Express in 2010 to help small businesses gain exposure and to inspire consumers to shop within their communities during the holiday season. This holiday season will look and feel a little different, but we can still share the joy by purchasing with a purpose!
Support The Tea Experience and Feeding Westchester, by making a purchase at theteaexperienceny.com on Friday, November 27th, and Sunday, November 29th. Selections include Fair Trade loose leaf tea, tea accessories, custom curated SimpliciTEA boxes, or gift cards. Ten percent of your purchases will go to Feeding Westchester.
