Fall is my favorite time of year. We are allowed to embrace the changes around us and enjoy the spirit of the season as we prepare for the fall and winter seasons.

Not that I need an excuse, but Fall is the best time to enjoy my favorite spicy, cinnamon, and “roasty” tea flavors as I watch the leaves change and preparations for the holidays.

Although there are some people who don’t want to let summer go—I love the change in the seasons. Watching the leaves change to beautiful hues of orange, yellow, and red. Taking a long walk and breathing in the crisp, cool air while enjoying the colors of the fall wakes me up and gives me the energy needed to face the day. A new season comes with new foods to eat, and a variety of teas to enjoy.

The three teas that I would recommend for the Fall season are:

  1. Chai— Indian spiced black tea with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and vanilla. Add a little steamed or warmed milk for PERFECTION!
  2. Citrus Cinnamon — Black tea with cinnamon, orange, and spice…. PURE COMFORT!
  3. Chaucer’s Cup— For those who want to enjoy tea without the caffeine – Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, and Ginger–Reminiscent of Mulled Cider—YUMMY!

All three teas are warming, comforting, and oh-so-tasty. Stop by The Tea Experience NY website and order one (or all 3) of these beautiful teas to welcome the fall season.

Happy Sipping!
